"I've been a loyal customer of this office since 1977. I insure everything through Rob Williams' State Farm. I have had several claims over the years and have received exceptional service though this particular agent. Joe is a major part of the office now and both he and Rob were instrumental in getting insurance on a particular style of boat that is very difficult to insure. It took many phone calls and document submissions. Both Rob and Joe were instrumental in representing my specifics to the underwriters resulting in achieving insurance for me. It was a long drawn-out process and they kept me updated throughout. Although I hope I have no similar situations I look forward to the excellent customer service, communication and follow up this particular office offers."
